My 4th week work performance

Good morning. It's 9:47am. Hope all doing well in your end. This topic should be my first discussion for today but accidentally deleted it due to back button.
Anyway, just sharing this. It won't be long.
Monday (22nd). 2 promoters with 1 detractor. QA is 95.71.
Tuesday (23rd). 2 promoters. QA is 100.
Wednesday (24th). No survey.
Thursday (25th). 2 promoters.
Friday (26th). 2 promoters with 1 detractor.
That's all I can sure. Hope it will continue until next week. Although these were good but not enough to cover my losses on the 3rd week of August.

As long as your QA scores remain good, they will cover the detractors. At least they would here.

Good output for your performance.
My last month performance was all goal.
QA - 100
Abs - 0%
Case per hour - 6.38 (5.75 is the goal)
Error - 0%
I don't get surveys now because I don't take calls for 9 months now.
This month my QA was a disaster. If I get 100% for the 4th week, I still get a failing score of 80%
