I ate a tiny bit of cheese.

My brother had a moment of nice brotherhood to me (did he think that I was about to die?) and before he went for his long vacations he brought me all of his leftover awesome cheeses plus a bottle of good wine.
My sister in law did not come with him. Those people are weird to say the least. But I won´t get into that.
He had to tell me not to eat it all at once as I had been ill. And I had to tell him that I had been living alone for over 22 years and knew how to take care of myself.
But enough of that. I called Dixie today. She has several medical issues that are worse than mine
But she will tell Humberto to come to say good bye to me on Thursday. I told her about the cheeses and the bottle of wine. And I have some bubbling water for Dixie as she cannot drink anything now.
I am taking tiny bites of the different cheeses, on by one. I want my tummy to accept real food too. I am eating some probiotic capsules twice a day and then I try small amounts of different food at lunch and at dinner.

Cheese is very high in protein, it will help you get back feeling better.

@kobesbuddy In the list of no-nos for a while there are several ingredients that I used to eat every day. I´ll have to check. Meanwhile I will take the probiotic bill for a while still.

@marguicha I have Celiac disease, it triggers off diarrhea. The doctor said, gluten does this to my insides.

I bit at a time. If I´m not perfectly well, I do not want to travel.

You are wise to not try a lot of foods at once after being that ill. Slow and steady, you've got this.

I am sure you do, because I know how much you want to go to Aruba.

I love cheese but can't eat too much at once. I miss having fondues. I would love a good cheese fondue.
