Anyone Ever Have Problems Ordering Food Online?

I ordered $55 worth of food from Qdoba, and as they dropped it off, I looked inside and said, "Where's my stuff? It says here right on the receipt, 3 bowls and 1 burrito" "Oh, we just drop it off" The entire world is turning into this. "Oh, I can't do anything about it" someone will say in another country where it doesn't matter. Or all these 3rd parties, despite ordering food right from the site. I've seen little kids bringing my groceries, and everyone says they have no responsibility.

Firstly, I am sorry that happened. And yes, I know what you mean. I have ordered groceries online and if you can believe it, I watched the dude delivering the groceries drive right past me and wave and never came back..he stole the groceries. I called Walmart CS to report and they said this happens a lot. Theft by drivers. And the only thing that happens to the drivers is they are banned form delivering anymore. Of course I was refunded but..

Sorry to hear. I can't stand dishonest people. I can accept ANYONE else. Stealing food. My gosh. They send the flakiest people, too. I know what they do. They hire "independent contractors" so the company takes 0 responsibility (pays no insurance, tax, etc) which is transferred to the guy/gal in their car. Most are honest, but there are 10% who absolutely don't care, or have no morals. I called them, and they give me the run-around. One says, "You have to call Corporate", the other says, "You must call the store", and then the store says, "You must call UberEats, or is it DoorDash" - as if I would know. These billion dollar companies keep taking more advantage, so of course they aren't going to attract the best. I've worked for minimum wage multiple times, but I did the best job I could... mostly for ME. I don't want to cheat myself or anyone else. Thanks for listening to my rant.. Life is jarring.

@PinkFloydFan Its okay no worries listening. Yes that is right, the billion dollar companies give you the run around..their customer service agents are useless..not their fault but yes, it is atrocious the replies you get when calling. Yes life is terribly traumatizing.

I don't order food online, and rarely order delivery. When I do, my husband and I have a couple places we call. So far no real problems.

I never had problems with ordering food online, but I did have a late delivery at a time or two. I never heard of Qdoba. Hope you get it all sorted out.

@PinkFloydFan True. Or call to report the issue to get it resolved.

@KristenH It didn't help. Everyone blames someone else. "Oh, we have nothing to do with it. We just deliver"

I guess we need to leave more reviews to protect each other.
