Yesterday I wanted to make the steamed buns. I put everything inside the stand mixer and soon the dough was available. I cut it into 8 pieces and cover a cloth and let it raise. Then later I realized I forgot to add the yeast and the buns might never raise
There was no other way and then I rolled it and cut it like noodles
So finally yesterday we had noodles instead
This is a perfect fix.

I would have added a few tablespoons of warm, but not hot, water and added the yeast then mixed the dough again and left the dough to rise.

@zhangxueying I suggest you to buy a stand mixer for your mom in her birthday or Mother's Day. It will work efficiently

@youless At present, I haven't heard my mother say anything about forgetting yeast. It's estimated that it hasn't happened. We don't have a blender, and all of them are made by hand.

I have learned to eat "baked" potatoes instead of boiled potatoes since I mylot.
