Got my first promoter for the week

Hi good evening from my end. It's 7:37pm here of Tuesday right now. I've started my night work shift as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes at 7pm. My first customer is asking only "Until when he can return the shoes since he's aware of 28days return policy timeframe. I've calculated it from the date of delivery. And I said to him "it will until September 2." Then I created a return label for him. Then end of conversation. After 5 minutes, I received a notification from my survey system and got a promoter score from that customer with a verbatim of "Louis was very cooperative and understanding for resolving a matter." Hope it will continue receiving promoters. Good morning/ good afternoon/ good evening/ good night
