Start of the -ber months

Good morning. It's 7:53am here of September 1 in the Philippines. I know how I'll celebrate or should I celebrate this month of celebrate. The last 4 months were not good for me. May, June, July and August. May, I got low scores in customer retention not contact us within 7 days as well as July and August. June, I got a low scores also in customer survey as well as for August. Although, I got a good survey for the 3rd week and last week of August. However, counting the entire survey scores for August, not a good one. This September, I wish the following: 1. I'm not aiming for the top but part of the top 50 is enough; 2. I'll need to hit a minimum of 50% in customers survey; 3. I'll need to hit a minimum of 75% in customers retention to make an assurance that all my customers will not going to contact us within 7 days asking the same problem; 4. I'll make sure that I never hit below 95% with the QA; 5. I'll need to make sure to assist at least 4 customers an hour; 6. Finally, I'll make sure, I did the right thing without hesitation.
