This is what happens if your husband doesn't work

It depends on what the root of this issue is causing the commotion, I suppose. If it is a money issue, then I can see where this would cause some strife and perhaps both people in the household should be contributing financially. Lots not said here so it is difficult to comment. But it is also true that marriages are not a one-sided deal. It's a team effort and it is about understanding the wants, needs and concerns of all involved in the relationship. Communication is key, and maybe it is time to sit down and have a talk to figure out what the commotion is about so that an honest and open resolution to it can be found.

When I was young, the husband was supposed to work and the wife take care of the children. Sit down and discuss. May be you could try to find a job.

I think the husband and the wife should sit together and discuss it. It's hard for a person to live with a person who always finds fault in others. At least I cannot live with such a wife.

Back in the day , a man married and preferred that his wife stayed home did the housework and looked after the children. These days a man is happier if his bride to be is in an established job , so resources can be pooled and they could both live a more comfortable life.
