Hi there. Good morning. It's currently 4:05 here of Saturday. I started my Friday shift at 7pm and ended about couple of minutes ago.
Just want to share to you my week scoring in the surveys customer satisfaction that I've assisted.
Monday. I don't have surveys because I was on vacation leave.
Tuesday got 1 promoter, 1 passive and 2 detractors.
Wednesday has 2 promoters.
Thursday has 2 promoters.
Friday has 2 promoters as well.
To sum up my scores a total of +50. I had 7 promoters out of 10 surveys.

@DevMrSamEleazar that should be 8 out 10 if one of the detractors became a promoter as he's only not happy from previous advisor who assisted him.
