We had ground beef tacos for the kids at my friend's preschool today. Happily, there were some leftover taco shells, and some leftover ground beef, so I made a couple of cold but yummy tacos for lunch today while I put the dishes in the dishwasher. I am going to swim now before I start thinking about dinner. I did have an afternoon snack, but I'll write about my afternoon snacks another time. I hope your lunch was satisfying.

@TheHorse Hell, no. According to my husband, George, Pizza Hut is coming out with a Taco Pizza. Based on what he described, I wanted to cringe. I had to ask if you, would eat something like that.

@TheHorse Lately I've been adding a bit of ground ginger, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce, and next time I'm going to add some veggies, cabbage, onion and carrots. But I forgot to cook them first this time lol

Good to see you talking about Lunch as well ! Ground Beef Tacos sound nice. We are far from lunch today as we had our late morning tea (Saturday you see!!). I have some offline stuff during the day and will see what we have for our lunch. Perhaps I need to get a few vegetables and Fruits as well.

I made spaghetti yesterday, I I sautéed some cherries tomatoes from the garden with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper and I seasoned the spaghetti with this sauce.
