Do You Have Poor Circulation?

A person needs good circulation so the cells and organs in the body get the needed amount of oxygen. If a person doesn't have good circulation their extremities(feet, hands, and fingers) will feel numb or cold.
Bad circulation can turn your nails brittle, dry your skin, make the hair on your feet and legs fall out, men may have trouble with keeping an erection, and it the case of those with diabetes sores and wounds will heal much slower.
Here are some ways to help circulation:
* Brush your body each day before you shower/bathe. Use long motions and start at your feet and work upward. This helps circulation and dry skin.
* Stop smoking. E-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and regular cigarettes all have nicotine in them which thickens your blood and harms the walls of your arteries.
* Drink plenty of water. Blood is made up of about half water.
* Exercise for 30 minutes 5 to 7 days a week. Aerobic means "with oxygen".

@celticeagle - The doctor recommended to my husband to walk at least 30 minutes every day. We always go out for a walk.
