I can't take a whole stuffed capsicum/bell pepper so I always slice them into eight pieces, stuff them with some stuffing, roll them in a batter of gram flour and deep fry them. Today I prepared a stuffing of smashed potatoes, minced chicken, grated carrots and bell pepper shreds. I mixed some aromatic spices in the stuffing. My capsicum pakoras came out well. My sons enjoy these pakoras a lot. I like them too with rice and dal. It served as one of my lunch dishes. Do you like pakoras? What type?

Yes, it is delicious indeed and most Indians like pakoras. I like vegetable pakoras with puffed rice.

@nela13 Are you apprehensive of the taste? Or you don't get Indian food in your country?

Your stuffed peppers look and sound delicious. Are those peppers hot? I thought they might be since you said capsicum

The capsicum or bell pepper are cut into 4 pieces, stuffed with smashed potatoes, spices or whatever stuffings you like and dipped in a batter of gram flour and then deep fried.

@aninditasen Fish paste is made from white fish. The fish is chopped, then blended with cornstarch. Whipped until it becomes a silky paste.

I had never heard or have had these ones. The only bell peppers here are green, orange, and red. And they are not very hot.

It was the green bell pepper that I fried. They look brown because they were dipped in gram flour and deep fried.
