A celebratory meal

Bob finally had his final meeting with the infectious disease clinic. His CT scan shows no signs of the abscess any longer. We are all finished with that office. To celebrate we went to Cracker Barrel. Hubby got a chicken fried steak dinner, with three sides. He ate it all, and even ate his biscuit and corn muffin. I am so glad, as his weight is really down. I am also glad he felt well enough to eat that much. Even if the chair is hard to sit on. I need to eat at home with him more, I am sure. It was a good day.

I'm glad he's doing so much better! And happy he doesn't need to go back to see the doctor at the infectious disease clinic, too.

Yes, but then he got sick with something else the next day. Back to not eating much and taking antibiotics again.
