Spiders Spiders

Does anyone here love spiders? Do you find them fascinating. I find them quite intriguing. While I don't want to handle poisonous spiders, I love learning about them. If they are nonpoisonous, I don't mind them being around. I love to look at spider webs. They are so detailed and unique. I think they are pretty too.
My kids hate spiders. When they come to visit, they flip out because I let the spiders build webs around the porch. I wonder what God was thinking when He created much of His creation. It definitely shows His creativity, power, and majesty.

I think spiders are ok but not near my house or on my porch.

I appreciate spiders and the role they play in nature. They keep a lot of different insects under control which is wonderful. I love having them build their webs around my home, and also watching them work. My Mom was fascinated watching them walk. As she said, we have enough problem walking on two legs, but think of trying to maneuver on eight. She would sit and watch them walk for hours, and periodically would put something in front of them to climb over just to see how they would handle the obstacle. Neither of us could kill spiders, even the poisonous variety. My Father, on the other hand, was terrified of spiders and would kill them if he came across them. It was kind of fun to watch when he came across one unexpectedly.
