California firefighters rescue a blind dog that fell into a hole

The owner of a 13 year old blind male dog named Cesar is grateful that his dog who fell into a 15 foot and 3 foot wide hole which was in a construction site on Monday evening in Pasadena. The owner of Cesar noticed that his dog went missing when his other dog who was inside of his home was barking but the barks from Cesar could be heard from a distance. The owner of the dog called 911 to report the incident of this missing dog, the Pasadena Fire Department responded to the emergency call as they were able to rescue Cesar by using a rope to get the dog to be lifted out of the hole by using a harness to get to the surface where Cesar was reunited with his happy owner. Cesar managed to leave his owner by getting out of his home by getting past a hole in the fence,
