Last 2020 we have a strong typhoon and it happen at night. All my bond paper get wet because of the strong rains. We never had signal no.4 here in our place and it will come tonight. It's a super typhoon. I see in Facebook our local government having meeting on this. It seems be strong. I need to prepare the store before evening. My printer may get wet and my bond papers and books. We might sleep late if it is really signal no. 4

@averygirl72 Be sure that they are in a place where they cannot get wet.

The transition of storm signal was very fast from Signal #3 was elevated to 4 and 5 in the coming hours. But I am glad that the expected devastation did not happen to us since it only rained a lot with no winds and I think Metro Manila was spared from this storm. I know Central Luzon was the one that was badly hit.

@averygirl72 Yes since there are dams in there and I know they release water during the storm to avoid overflows in the dam that is why Bulacan is prone to flooding when their area are hit with heavy rains.

@rsa101 We are lucky because our town is not flood prone. We never experience flood

I think those in the border like Quezon, Rizal and Aurora are more affected. Bulacan is mostly problem with flood but not destruction in infrastructures

I have experienced several typhoons in our country but never a super typhoon. Our small city was greatly devastated by super typhoon Odette last December 17, 2021.
