Good evening myLot-land. We just got back a little while ago from a trip to see a friend. They don't have a car and we wanted to make sure they knew if they needed anything to get ready for a maybe hurricane they could call us. So after that I came home and made dinner. We went super easy tonight. Becuase it's been a long day, and I didn't feel like cooking a big meal. Earlier today I picked up a tub of premade sauceless BBQ. It was $6.99 I used a 1/4 of the bag of Checkers Fries that we bought last night for burgers, so I'm gonna say....$1.50 Then we used some Sweet Baby Rays that we already had on hand, and buns we already had on hand. So I'm going to say that was about $1.00 So dinner tonight was pulled pork sandwiches and checkers fries. He child had leftover taco bell that was from earlier today. So tonights dinner only fed three of us. $9.49 if my math is right. Not bad for three of us. What did you have for dinner tonight? (And yes, usually I go back and check grammar and spelling, but I don't have the energy to do it right now.)

I love pulled pork, especially from Mission BBQ, but homemade is awesome too. We had spaghetti with sauce and garlic bread. My brother-in-law made chicken for those who wanted to add it, but I didn't want that (or the meatballs). I just had the pasta and sauce, and of course the yummy garlic bread. And a Dr. Pepper. I don't drink soda daily, but I really needed the boost today, so I'll skip my normal soda day on Wed.
