Yucky Day

I did get my long morning walk in wearing one of my hoodies. After that I didnt go back outside until evening when I put the memory cards back in the cameras.
I did get the family room cleaned up. But not any decorations put out. I started feeling bad. Some is being out in the cold wind and a lot is they are starting to take soy beans off. That is my biggest allergy trigger. I will probably feel bad for about a month now. Just hopefully not as bad as right now.
But I do have most of my steps in for the day. I will try to get the rest of those soon. I should feel better tomorrow as I have drank 3 glasses of orange juice today. Going to look for my allergy pills if I have any left also. I prefer to take those at night to help me sleep.

Pretty and I have both had stuffed up noses for the last week or so but don't know what's causing it. The allergist prescribed medicated nasal spray, twice. The first one didn't do anything at all. The second one helps for a few days and then causes rebound. It's easier to just live with the stuffy nose.

I know what this is as the beans are brown and ready. Guess whats right across the road this year

@wolfgirl569 When I told the doctor that the medicated nasal sprays didn't really help, he told me to use Afrin 24 hour nasal spray. (I've used that for years, so agreed with him. *shrug*)

@DaddyEvil Havent tried that one. The equate version of flonase helps me. But I wish I could find something that helps more symptoms.

This brings me to a question. To make myself feel better I put up a small Christmas tree and some lights at the beginning of December. How do I do this now that I have the cats?

@wolfgirl569 the climbing and the batting is what I am worried about I mean it is only a small tree in fact any one of them can just pick it up in their mouth and have a real fun time I will have to see what I can come up with

My allergies are dependent on the weather letting the farmers harvest these soybeans. I have dealt with them into December before.

I have to take allergy pills at night because they make me sleepy and dizzy. I was feeling bad Monday. I had a tension headache because I lost my fitbit. My great-aunt found it in her car thank goodness.

I hope you will get well soon,I was allergic to some seafood,but i heard a person was allergic to soy beans at first time.Staying away from allergy source.
