Waiting to hear from the insurance company

Teachers in New Jersey are not eligible for disability so we have to buy our own private disability insurance like Aflac. I signed up for it just before my ex and I bought the house and moved in together. . . 19 years ago. I haven't ever updated the monthly payout despite the fact that I make a lot more now than I did back then. Soooo I need to fix that. I emailed the company asking to be pointed in the right direction as to who I need to contact about updating the policy. Still waiting to hear back.
