New neighbors are moving in

It is a husband, wife, and their son who is in 5th grade. They are very nice. They were struggling with moving everything up here so I jumped in and helped with some of the light-medium things just to reduce the number of times they had to go up and down the stairs. It will be nice to have more faces up here to see. Everyone in this building gets along just fine now that the troublemakers downstairs left.
