Well still under the influence of what was Ian, It is just windy this morning, but we arn't done with th rain. It rained a lot last night and winded but the ground doesn't look saturated. power stayed on, not sure what was happening with the internet and TV last night, but everything seems fine this morning...Thankfully. I hope you are having better weather where you are to kick off the weekend.

I really wouldn't mind it that much, but I was really looking forward to attending a fall festival today., and it is no way they are having it with this weather. No matter, I am going to be busy baking today, Very fall recipes on tap. I will write more about them later. Wish me luck with the butternut squash..lol.

Good luck with the butternut squash, they are my favorite.
I have to pick some up and bake them and then I will freeze them. We love to eat them all year around.

Thank you, So far this state is fairing pretty well I think, but there has been some flooding in Norfolk, Did it skip over you guys, or did you get some "weather" from it?

@popciclecold That's great, I bet everybody was breathing a sigh of relief. Even watered down Ian is still pretty bad..
