Japan can but won't make nuclear weapons

Japan the only country ever attacked by atomic weapons,has espoused a strict policy of not posssessing ,developing or allowing the introduction of nuclear bombs on its territory.I applaud it for this courageous decision -BUT is it a foolish decision or a brave one?

It's both. If the get attack, they'll be defenseless. But,if everything goes well, then they made the right decision.

yes it's really great effort. i think every country should take lesson from them - they made all the efforts for economic development of their country not wasting time in development of nuclear weapons - that's why they are no. one in electronic technonlgy. we should appreciate them...
