Do you post on myLot regularly (daily?) or occasionally whenever the fancy takes you?

When you've been on the site for some time, you know how many Likes and Comments you get on average. You know how many regular faithful readers you have and if they've all come to read and comment on your post. Add to them some members who only find the way to your site occasionally and a newbie or two.
Do you wait until this has happened before you post another discussion or do you post whenever a brilliant idea strikes you even if your last discussion was below average concerning the number of Likes and Comments you usually get?
And last but not least, do you ever dream of myLot members flocking to your site like the starlings in the photo?
---
P.S. I've found the photo on the net but not the name of the photogapher, so I don't know who to thank for it.

There was a time when I posted daily. I have less time these days, but I really enjoy what time I do have to be here. I hope that all is well in your part of the world.

@MALUSE yes, Germany is where I spent many Christmas’s. It’s such a festive time there. I especially love my newest German tradition. My sister does too. I can’t wait to pull them out.

@sjvg1976 After being on writing sites for many years, I can tell you that posts on food are usually quite successful. Posts like "What I had for breakfast" often get a lot of reads. Don't forget an appetising photo!
You may think that food and eating habits are quite boring as everyone already knows such things. This, however, isn't the case. I haven't got the foggiest idea about the real Indian cuisine. But then, there are many different cuisines in a large country like India.
I occasionally order food from an Indian restaurant in our town. But what I get is certainly not what Indians eat. It is food which is made for German taste buds. It only resembles Indian food.
You can also write about typical Indian holidays and festivals or your town/city/landscape.
Have you got a hobby/hobbies? Tell us about it/them.
If you're a tech nerd, you can write about your computer or mobile phone.
Problems in your family/job? A wide field which can make for many posts.
Do you study/work? Are you still single or married, have you got children?
And so on, and so forth.

Very cool photo. I guess I post whenever the feeling strikes me.

I post once every day; and then occasionally another time with one of my "series". It either has to do with music or a food of some type. Good to see you. Have a wonderful day.

I’m surprised you didn’t write how you decide when to write a new myLot post. Do tell! I post when I just have something to write about. I try to respond to all the comments I got on my previous post before starting a new one but it doesn’t always happen. I do respond to all comments eventually though. I never write more then one a day though and unless I have a lot of spare time I only read one post that someone else writes each day not all of the ones they write in a day.

I don't post very often--but I try to react to other posts regularly--I think regular posting is needed though to reach the payout threshold every month.

I don't like people flocking to my posts. I would be happy with just a couple of meaningful and right content responses so that I can you know get my doubt clarified or get better suggestions. Answering mechanically to many people on same topic is not fun, because answers become almost the same, and that I find is a tad insulting. However, I do disturb people on others posts...many of my friends turn up on TheHorse's posts, so I get to interact with most of them by opening a single post.

I wonder the same thing about how do some get so many readers and responses? On average, I write (post) 2 or 3 whenever I come to myLot.
