This morning I went for a walk. When I texted my brother to see if he was coming, he said he'd be by "this afternoon", and considering it's afternoon here now (1:31) It might be soon or later on. I watered the plants and washed some things in the sink, and then I filled the watering can with water in the sink. There was still quite a bit of water in it, so I got a bucket from outside and filled it with the sink water. As you may guess from the picture, the water spilled on the floor when the handle on the bucket broke. So, I opened a window and the sliding glass door and closed the screen, then picked up soggy things that needed to dry and got a bunch of towels out to soak up water, then use the Swiffer and a rag to mop the floor. Now I've got the laundry going for a lot of the soggy towels plus some other things that needed washing. Oh, well--the floor needed mopping, anyway. I'm going to go in a bit and get my mail and take my phone along so when my brother texts me "Where are you?" (as may happen just because I don't know the exact time he's coming, and he'll come just 'cause I leave the apartment for a few minutes). Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
