Hello October and Autumn / myLot

The photo should show an unbaked pie. That is the pot pie that I made this morning. I'd rather make pie than dust or sweep floors so I did. The pie is a pot pie. That means stew in between pie pastry. This particular pie has meatballs that were sitting in the freezer. Potatoes, cabbage, carrots and onion. Mushrooms. I made milk gravy and poured it over the pie innards. I've been pretty lazy about supper meals lately. I hope this makes up for those times. A little, anyway.

@andriaperry 7 pm. Get over here now, please. I have made beef stew potpies, pizza potpies, vegetarian potpies. Whatever is in the fridge....

A good pot pie makes up for a lot of laziness, in my opinion.

@much2say It was a freezer-fridge pie. We had meatballs in the freezer so I used them for protein.

Your crust looks perfect, and the ingredients you used sound delicious. I have used leftover roast, mushrooms and gravy to make up little pot pies. They are good for a quick meal.
