433 people won and will share the jackpot prize of Php236,091, 188.40 . The winning numbers were 9 , 45, 36, 27, 18, and 54. All are divisible by 9. Each of the 433 winners will receive Php545,245.24 each. In USD that's USD9,272.65. A small amount to some but definitely a substantial amount to most.
I can definitely pay off some debts with this amount.
Anyway, this smells liked a fixed draw. I mean what are the chances right? I wouldn't mind if this was a fix as long as I'm on the right side of the fix.

I don't waste money on lottery drawings, so I'll never win anything. 
We call lottery "a poor person's tax" because the lottery is a rip-off instituted by the governments. If it was a real wealth-building tool, wealthy people and smart people would be buying up all the lottery tickets and growing their fortunes that way. (This is a mathematical and statistical fact, not just my opinion.)

There was a movie that dealt with this.
'Jerry And Marge Go Large' starring Bryan Cranston and Annette Bening is a true story based on Michigan retiree Jerry Selbee and his wife Marge who uncovered a mathematical loophole in a state lottery game which made them big winners at an unbelievable rate.
