The Immortal Jellyfish

It is believed in the scientific community that the immortal jellyfish first originated in the Pacific Ocean. But, over time they have, they have spread until they now populate the world's oceans. Unlike other types of jellyfish, they have the ability to go back to earlier stages of development and start over again. They reproduce and mature just like many other types of jellyfish but they have the ability to revert back to the polyp stage anywhere in their full life stages of development. I think the immortal jellyfish refers to Turritopsis nutricula. I have heard about it and its life is really amazing. If it is not eaten, then its life is immortal. This is very amazing.
