Diego just called me and then Tania telling me that several of the guests would have to arrive later as they were working. I told them that I had everything ready for the party in the fridge and that the rest would have to be done by them, including bringing more chairs and extending the table to its full size. The only thing I want to do before they arrive is to make a mayo and have ready cut up thin tomato slices and hot green chile slices. With them I will make some small canapés in which I´ll first cover them with mayo and then I´ll add a bit of tomato slice and a smaller still slice of hot chile. The rest will have to be arranged by them (salami, cheese and some thin leftover ham I have. I will have to eat something because I am about to eat all of that delicious cake. Of my whole family, I´m the one that buys the most delicious cakes. And I will eat allI want. I weighted myself yesterday and I still have the same pounds I had when I got out of the hospital.(160 lbs).
