Week off work

I took a week off work this week. As much as I do enjoy some parts of what I do, it's been driving me nuts as well. Not really a fan of management, personally.
Either way, I took a week off to just get away from it. Have a break. Spend a bit more time with my family. Also take some time to apply to other work.
I have to say it's been nice to have the week off and not worry about work. Wish I didn't have to go back, but for the moment I will. Sadly bills don't pay themselves.

There are tons of jobs open here in the US. Hopefully you will be able to find something up there that is less stressful and more enjoyable. I wish you luck.

@dodo19 Companies down here are hurting because no one seems to want to work. Restaurants are running on short staff too. It's amazing because there are so many people out of work!

You can pay your bills if you take some well deserved time off, to get away from the pressures of work and then you will be better able to handle the work stuff.
My hubs is off next week and I have 4 days off the following week.
Its a good time of the year for time off.

For sure. We all need some time off. I do feel better now and am sure I'll be better able to handle stuff next week when I go back.
I'm glad that you guys are able to have some time off too. Definitely good time for it.

Be careful what you wish for. I once wished that I didn't have to work, and soon after lost my job.

Enjoy your week off and hope you can destress a bit. Hope you can find a better job at some point but I certainly understand the pressure of working and having bills to pay

A week off work is always good. I hope you can find something you feel a little more comfortable with and fits your hours. I assume your hubby went back to work.

Hope you’re enjoying the much needed time off from work. I wish I could say that but im a stay at home mom who does homeschool and brings my other child to school. So I technically do not have a day off ever. Hope you do get to find another job that is much more laid back and does not tire you off that much.
