I loaded myself up with good stuff before my walk

I was really afraid of getting a cramp or whatever it was again. I loaded myself up with COQ10. B12, Fish oil, (forgot the glucosamine) a cholesterol pill and my usual BP med, had a PBJ for energy and took a bottle of water with me for hydration. Voila no pain!. Just in case I also had a pain killer cream with lidocaine should I be stricken again. Walked about a mile and a half, not too far but I will work up to more like I did last year. I need to probably add another small hill though. Hopefully that cramp was a one time event.

Yes, wasn't quite sure what caused the issue, and wanted to be prepared on all fronts.

I wasn't gonna go through that pain again, if I could help it!

I do too once in awhile. I think it is from overstretching my leg.

That was a good walk and hopefully the cramp is just a one time event.

Yes, it was...Twice a day is great! You get a lot of steps in.

Seems like it. I think I shouldn't push the envelope though, until I am ready to.

Yep, makes it better...I am getting back in the habit now, it helps to keep it pain free. It has only been the last two weeks that has really been cool enough to walk much, and of course we got affected by the hurricane for several days.
