A little job

During the time I was going in and out watering or painting the rock, I looked at my phone and realized I'd gotten a text. At first I didn't know who it was from, this person who was asking me to feed her cat while she was gone.
I recognized the name of the cat, but couldn't think of who the owner was, then when I asked where the owner was (lived) and she told me, I went, "Oh, yeah..."
The director of the outdoor preschool that I worked at a couple of times lives just a couple of buildings behind me.
So, it a couple of extra bucks and I'll get to see an animal.

It's wonderful to get to make a few extra bucks, and even better is getting to see a furry person. Sorry, I don't look at "animals" as animals but as furry or hairy people who are a bit different than us.
