Firefighters rescue a dog from a house fire

I have to give my admiration to the Mount Pleasant Fire Department who did their duty to put out a fire in a home on Friday morning.
The gender of the dog was not mentioned. It is not known what the cause of the house fire and how severe the damage was to the home if the family who lives inside of the home will have to stay with relatives or stay at a hotel for a short while until they get back on their feet.
I like to share stories where a dog and or a cat is rescued either by a firefighter or an animal lover since pets makes the best friend of human beings.

What a cute dog! I, too, love to read stories like this. I'm sure his/her humans will be happy that they didn't lose their fur friend. That will make their losses sting a little less, I'm sure.

Keeping a pet after a disaster is better than the heartbreak of losing a pet as well as a home.

I'm so glad the dog was rescued. I used to worry so much about our dogs when we had them.
