Going to Check on a Free Chair Down the Street

The sun is now coming out, and I am going to go check on this chair I saw out for free at the side of the road.
It was there as the people had moved out and left a lot behind for free.
It is a nice design on it, but I must check it up and down completely for any bugs or anything.
One has to be careful getting free items you know.
So off I go now and will tell you if I get it or not. (I did, I carried it home)
Do you like to get free things?
I will walk it home as it is not a heavy one surely.
Just like a kitchen chair.

It isn't Ruby..these chairs were common at one time. But it is a pity that the spindles on the chair are missing. Thanks

The photo I had there was just a random..this photo is the actual chair.
It is missing some spindles, but I am going to keep it as I like the design M.

This one in the photo is the actual chair Popscile. It is missing some spindles at the back but I dont mind.

I dragged a similar chair out of a neighbor's woodpile when I was a teen. I couldn't understand why they would get rid of a genuine antique. It was covered in several layers of paint and I spent the summer stripping it.

@RebeccasFarm I wonder if you take the one on the left side off . . . then use that and the other 2 to fill the 3 holes so it's all in a row? It's a cool design

That a very pretty chair you found.
I love free things and one time (when I lived in my other house) neighbors moved out and left a whole bunch of things at the curb. I sent my kids over and they came back with very nice end tables for the living room. I still have one of them in the basement here
