Golf Course converted to a cemetery

I was watching a programme telecast by NDTV known as 'Inside Planet Trump' where we were taken to all the luxurious properties owned by Donald Trump including one of the Golf Courses where his ex wife Ivana Trump is buried.
The reason as reported why she is buried there is to convert the golf course into a cemetery in order to evade property tax. Cemeteries do not attract taxes.
To what extent can Trump go? Your take please!!

There was a comment made that even Donald Trump would be buried there. Did you notice how ordinary the grave is?

That is bizarre, I almost didn't believe it (sorry) and I had to check, but it has been reported by reputable newspapers! Trump will stoop to any depth to make a few more bucks, it seems. I presume Ivana agreed to this or do you think he just decided himself on the most cost-effective burial?
