Humans learn only by trial and error, and that includes you. You've got to live life, not think about it. Step into the midst of things, try and fail and learn and stand up again. The question is not whether you will or will not make mistakes - you will. The question is do you want to learn and grow, or do you want to shrink back and be stuck? Take that step you've been avoiding. You can succeed, or you can get feedback that it didn't work, but in either case you are sure to feel alive. ~~~~ You don't know if you don't try.

Well, I've a queried 20 agents and so far either rejections (a few) or just no answer.

@patgalca Aww - that's a shame but so many authors say the same. You just have to keep on keeping on I guess. Have you thought of self-publishing?

@JudyEv First you have to exhaust all your agents (and I'm changing my tactic on that). Then you try indie publishers who you can query directly. Last resort is self-publishing. I've been helping an author out whose book I read. She self-published and it cost her $7,000.

I see that trying something will be good whatever consequences happen after you made a choice for yourself . You have to learn from your experience . I always believe in myself capabilities that's why i have me as my inspiration .
