We have this pest that only attacks our ficus palms. The only time these palms are safe is when it rains heavily. The pest looks like a moth but it is not a moth It is yellow in colour and unlike the moth it is very active.
The leaves come in clusters and when they first appear they have a white colour and look very pretty This photo is of the cluster that is a few days old. I am not sure if they will open up fully as this pest likes to nibble when the leaves are tender. I have tried every method to get rid of them but to no avail.

@allknowing I can remember a mixture that you make and spray. It has hot sauce in it. If I can find it I’ll let you know.

@allknowing give them the sametreatment like white flies.
It will take care of these pests.
It can be bought at the plant shops.

I did use a spray and still there is no effect Your tomatoes I suppose you would not be able to eat then.
