You must try it out...fried cucumbers taste so good, its a great side dish
Was invited for lunch to my neighbour's house & they had this friend cucumbers. I asked her the way she made it & it seemed very simple. I came back home & tried shallow frying of cross-sectionally sliced cucumbers, and it turned out to be yummy!!
