Good morning from here. It's 1:03am of 22nd of October from here in the Philippines.
I don't know if I can still good from here. I'm already in a week of having back aches. I don't if these is in connection with my work as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion shoes and dress for more than two years already.
Or in regards for what I did last October 14th in which I used to pay for a massage available in the nearby shopping mall.
I sit in a massage chair. Pay for some extra change for about about 9 minutes. At first it was good. Then, we got home, there's pain from my back all over down to my butt.

It could be a combination of both things. You should try to stand for one minute or more at least once an hour to prevent back strain. Or look into getting a standing desk so you have the option to sit or stand and still do your job.

It takes a while for those pains, aches, and kinks to get worked out of your body. I have felt worse after a massage than I did before. After a day, though, things clear up.

@Shiva49 Yes. I'm so. My wife said, don't ever use to go to a massage chair next time. Go to the real massage therapist.
