Eggs, chard and good news.

Claudia came to visit me. We were at the garage (only 3 walls) and she wore a mask when she was not smoking or drinking coffee.
She brought me chard (better than the bought ones as they were new) and 5 eggs from her hens. I call them happy eggs as they come from very happy hens. Nobody will ever kill them to eat them even when they are old.
But better still, we started to talk about the hospital bill. And Claudia told me not to worry at all. My daughters had already talked about it and they would take care of it.
So now, my only money problem is to pay part of what I overspent in Aruba and in a couple of weeks to see about my teeth and how I can pay for them.
I called off my appointment with the dentist a week ago as I started with the covid. And I will not go there until I have another test done but that will be in another week.
Tomorrow I will use part of the chard. It is the best chard that I have ever had. And the healthiest. Claudia takes care of watering her plants and the leaves are big but as sweet as the very new ones in a worse environment.
I still have some leftover chicken broth too so I can make a chard soup in a couple of days.
All that also means that I will not need to go for groceries for some time. Yay for me! Today I have become rich in an hour of conversation
Many people have told me that I would never see again the money that I lent my daughters. But as my idea about money is that you can only lend money to people that you care so much for that if they don´t return it for any reason you don´t mind.
That only applies to my daughters and to Dixie. And now that I needed some money, they will take care of it

We always take care of each other. That was part of the legacy that my husband left to us.

I will. And I am so proud of my daughters. I know that this is not the best moment for them either as they just came back from going to Felipe´s wedding in Spain. But both of them told me that they thought that it would be much more.

That´s how it should be. When I had my inheritance, I lent the money to them as I did not need it. I was not going to buy a mink coat with it
. Now the I need part of it back, they will see how they pay it. I did not ask how they would do it.

Still, I have the Aruba extras (Tania took care of part of the ticket) and I really must see a dentist.
