Skiing or snowboarding anyone?

Does anyone like to ski or snowboard here.. Or used to, at one point? That.. Or maybe other types of winter activities in the snow? (I know it's not really technically winter yet, and I guess snow doesn't have to apply either, haha) Personally, I started out skiing for a few years, back when I was about 8 or so. After that, I started to snowboard for maybe 7 years, then stopped completely. Since then, I have not skied or snowboarded whatsoever, which has now been about 12+ years. I would love to get back in to either though, most likely skiing, since it's a little easier to handle. Cheers!

Oh wow, nice! I actually lived in Alberta, just outside of Calgary for 3 years. I have been to Sunshine Village.. I think only once, but it was a great place to go boarding

I never liked sports in the snow, even if I live in a cold country.

Totally fair! To each, their own. I certainly prefer the warm(er) weather activities/sports or what have you

That snow looks beautiful. We have warm temps here for another week or so. I would love to be in a cool climate. Both activities sound fun.

Nice. Yeah I kind of agree, that is part of the reason why I haven't been in so long.. But like I say, I am hoping to get back in to the sport, even if I just go once or twice this season.
