How have you coped with covid?

It’s been 25 days where I fought with covid for the second time in 1 and half year. I was fully vaccinated when I got my second covid. The first covid happened when there was no cure found but we were lucky and god is great that we survived through it.
But the covid this time has caused more harm to my body. I feel extra weak, extra tired and lifeless even after25 days. I am doing all my house work, my 10 job shift, cooking and cleaning. Everything is going on if you think I need some movement.
But I feel very exhausted and very stressed. I have a deep urge to take myself out of the house in fresh air. But I cannot go because of my job. It starts morning 5:30 and ends 3 pm and then I’m drained and my husband too.
Our weekoffs fall on different days. So he cannot drive me out when I have a day off. Planning to take a day off to breath some morning fresh air on a long drive hope I do.
Can someone help me with what I can do to come over this tiredness caused from covid? It will be of a great help

We had Covid before it had a name. We were fine in a couple days.
We haven't gotten vaccinated, and will not get vaccinated.
