At our church, instead of a fall festival, we did an 80's themed Sunday night sing. We met in the sanctuary, sang 80s music (Christian only), and wore 80s style clothing. Then we went to the fellowship hall for some good food and played games. It was a family centered night. We had so much fun. It gave our members the opportunity to fellowship and bond. Our quartet sang a couple of songs from the 80's, one of them being "El Shadai" that was originally recorded by Amy Grant. It is a beautiful song that reminds us of who God is and how loving and faithful He is.
