Well, I met with a new colleague at Starbucks Tuesday. We are both new electeds on the local community services district. Forgot to mention to Tony until today. He got pretty mad that I hadn't told him. He gave me an opening to start a conversation and instead I chickened out. I am really not ok right now. Ugh. But I think I can lead into one later. Maybe.

He offered to move out. Didn't understand why the anger was an issue.

@jstory07 he volunteered to move out, didn't see that the anger was a problem, take him the way he is or leave it.

What is it to him? Has he been interested in your interests in the past. We are behind you as you head into this new situation. It sounds like serving on that board will be interesting and motivating.

I'm not worried about the position. I'm worried about my partner's temper.
