It's Snowing now :(

I just looked out the window and it snowing...great big ole snowflakes. So far it isn't amounting to anything but yuck!! We are suppose to have rain this afternoon but if the temperatures stay where they are at now I am afraid we will get it all in snow.
Go away snow...I am not ready for you get!! Then again is there every really a good time to snow?

@Treborika I used to enjoy it much more when I was young. As an old man, the story is a bit different but it is a marvellous creation.

No snow is not beautiful...maybe to look at but that is only when it is freshly flown.

I live in a California valley, so snow usually doesn't make it down here.
If you were my Mom, I would say, "Of course it's snowing! It's Canada!"

I have only seen snow when I look at the mountains. In my region, we could get some snow on February, when the cold temperatures are the lowest and only in the high mountains

I would be happy if that was the case here. I really dont like it so if it was just off on a mountain somwhere that would be good with me.

We had some snow yesterday. Then it got up to mid 30's and melted, problem being that then the temperature went down and it all froze again and the roads were icy. Woke up this morning and they said, just flurries today. Just flurries has amounted to at least 3 inches so far, it's still ''just flurries'' but it is pretty to look at. Very cold outside, rather blustery.

We had flurries today, but they did not stick, they melted.
But the skies were dark and overcast all day long, I would love the sunshine to come back.
Our temperatures are below normal but should go back up to about 4C this weekend which is normal.

I personally hate snow and snowing places. I bet snow shoes are quite expensive for the middle earners and the heating equipment to keep people warm in the houses are also very expensive. I bet snowing places lives the rich people.
