Looks like it's finally cooling down.

We apparently have a lingering cool front that's knocked our temps down a few pegs. Not that I'm complaining. I don't mind 80 Degree days, but a few pegs lower isn't so bad. I barely notice a difference between the 60's and the 70's. So, going out today shouldn't be so bad. Although, I might break out my jeans. Not because it's cold, but because wind usually means things flying at my legs which I may or may not feel. I'll see if I need to or not. Right now I just want to eat and take it from there.

I finally switched from shorts to jeans this morning, although I suspect by next week I’ll be back in shorts again. The perks of living in Florida!

It is funny to hear the Tampa weather radio issue a “wind chill advisory” for “wind chills” of 45 degrees.

When I went out, I felt warm in my sweat pants. But tolerated it because they haven't cleared sidewalks yet. I don't want to be cut or hit by flying debris.

@CarolDM The wind sure does change things, doesn't it?

@kaylachan Yes it does, I was out on the deck just now, sunshine was nice but the wind has an edge to it as well.

Knowing my husband he'll be demanding the heat run. But, then he pretty much lives outside so does it to himself.

@kaylachan — it does actually get cold there. The night my heater decided to quit working in Jacksonville was the night it got down to 10 degrees with snow flurries.
