Good morning, again.

Today doesn't seem to be starting off to bad. It's a little chilly 56, but could be a lot worse. I can handle the change, but it's defiantly noticeable. It should be a little warmer by the time I'm ready to go out, and tomorrow starts a warming trend. So, that'll be nice. George's talking retirement again. But, time will tell when or iff it'll happen and how much longer he's planning to work. At least he's not having two back to back shifts. So, that's good. After I eat, it'll be time to figure out what I want to wear for the day. Ah, such is Florida life.

Florida life sounds good to me. Except some days with the hurricanes.

Those days are far and few in-between, so you're safe. When it comes to hurricanes we're all pretty chill.

@RebeccasFarm Yep. We are. Power outages and fallen trees are our biggest issues during a storm.

At least you're getting a break. Plus, you'll be enjoying the cool and cold weather while I'm still boiling over here.

He is kind of young for retirement isn't he? What would he do after he retires...just hang around the house or do some kind of side job? My brother in law retired last year as he was elgibile for a state pension. He was 61 I think. I don't know if he is also getting Social Security now as well, since he is of age. He hasn't done a lot though since he retired, but traveling back and forth to see his kids and other family members.

He's 62, which is the youngest you can be to receive social security. He has to wait until December until he gets his first check, and he wants to work a little bit longer. But, he's starting to reach burnout and know if he tries anything he's going to have to start from the bottom and work his way up. He's worked for Pizza Hut for over twenty years lost thirty.

@kaylachan Yes, I know what age you have to be to claim Social Security. I got it at 62 myself. It is usually better to wait until later if possible, but it sounds like he would get a decent check, so why not?
