Mylotters, once again, I apologize for posting my November recipe list late this month. Though there’s a little over a week left in the month, at least this would suffice since we’re in mid to late November. Since it’s near winter, these hearty recipes would include soups and stews and pasta to keep me warm all through the cold nights. And for a bonus, I’ve included a dessert recipe to add to the list. It’s been a long time since I’ve tried to make a dessert in the crockpot. Mushroom Quinoa Soup (Pinterest–Buzzfeed/Two Peas in a Pod)--This hearty soup can be made in 40 minutes and ready for the table. A perfect side dish or main meal with white and cremini mushrooms, quinoa, carrots, thyme, Low sodium vegetable broth, yellow onions, garlic and celery. The photo of this soup was so appetizing. 2. Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup (Pinterest–Magic Skillet)--This soup recipe can be made in the crockpot for three hours on low. With tomato soup and diced tomato, sour cream and chive cream cheese, cheese tortellini, Italian sausage, and chicken broth, this delicious soup would warm anyone up on a cold late fall/early winter night. 3. White Chicken Chili Pie with Pumpkin Cornbread Crust (Ambitious Kitchen)--The star of this chili recipe is the pumpkin cornbread crust to go along with the white chicken chili. The photo really explained it all on how it could be made in an hour tops. Chicken, cornbread, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, whole wheat flour, ground chicken or turkey, jalapeno pepper, avocado, cilantro, Greek yogurt, salsa, white beans, white ocean, mild green chilis, eggs, yellow cornmeal, and sweet corn. 4. Sloppy Joe Meatball Casserole {oven version} (Recipes that Crock)--I know I made this recipe a few years ago in the crockpot. But the oven version is much quicker and takes less than an hour to make. I still loved the classic twist on the Sloppy Joes with frozen meatballs, Manwich, velveeta slices and frozen tots. 5. Roasted Butternut Squash and Bacon Soup (Pinterest–Damn Delicious)--This is the third soup recipe I’ve selected to make this month. And yes I love butternut squash too. This can be easily made into the blender or food processor to have a creamy fall soup right at your table. Butternut squash, bacon, chicken stock, crumbled goat cheese, chives, onion, red pepper, and garlic are all you need to make this delicious meal. 6. Slow Cooker Bacon Broccoli Chicken (Recipes that Crock)--I know I made this recipe last year. But I decided to give it a go to make it once again. Frozen broccoli florets, chicken tenders, cream cheese, Hidden Valley ranch dressing dip, Harvarti cheese, green onions and bacon are all you need to make this delicious meal. 7. Crockpot Pumpkin Chili (Pinterest: Moms with Crockpots)--This is my second chili I plan to make this month. Besides pumpkin puree, chili beans, black beans, and ground turkey. A pretty simple chili dish to make in the crockpot for three hours on low. 8. Honey Garlic Crockpot Chicken with Rice (Recipes that Crock)--Another recipe I’ve selected from the RTC website and make it in the crockpot. Besides cooked rice, you needed honey, garlic to coat the chicken. 9. Crockpot Smores PopTart Dump Cake (Recipes that Crock)--I normally have a Marie Callender mini pie for my Thanksgiving dessert every year. SInce I couldn’t find any at either Acme store, I decided to make this simple dump cake for dessert. You need marshmallow creme, Smores Pop Tarts, and graham crackers, Devil’s Food Cake mix, and butter. In two hours on low, you would have a scrumptious dessert. (And yes, there are other Pop Tart dump cake recipes I might try this winter if all goes well.) That’s a wrap for my belated November recipe list. Which recipes are you interested in trying? I’ll check back in tomorrow afternoon after lunch to share my interview/job search recap for week 3 and comment on posts. See you then.

I didn't see a recipe that doesn't contain food I can't eat. But that's not unusual I'm on a fairly strict diet.
