I survived black Friday / myLot

I had to be at work very early and I thank God I was not on register, however, I was backup for an hour but it wasn't necessary for me to open one. All register's were open with a assistant to bag, I was one, and it went smoothly. I was also price check and assisted customers finding products. By the end of my shift it had slowed down and I went to store recovery. What a mess it was. I love fast paced work and I'm better under pressure, I can get'er done.

I was sleeping by 8pm, up by 3 am but I went back to sleep later a few more hours. We are all now on 9-10 hour shifts, I don't mind at all. Did you black Friday shop?

I didn't go out for Black Friday. You are working long hours. Rest when you can.

@andriaperry We have Black Friday here too. I did not go anywhere on Friday and took my time cleaning. That is a lot of shifts and no wonder you went to bed soon and after got up went back to sleep again.

I did not do Black Friday. I may order some things later this evening if I get around to it. I absolutely have avoided stores since Wednesday. I am crazy enough already.

Gosh your store must be hella busy. No I do not shot at stores on Black Friday. Its nuts. I wish you a good rest when you can Angie. You are doing so good.

The sales here were all week, so there was less of a concentration on Friday. I went out during the week, it was more brisk then usual, but not crowded.

No, I don't do Black Friday shopping. I hate crowds. Nothing is worth getting mixed into that craziness. I instead went to clean the church and put out the Christmas decorations. I am glad things went smoothly for you as you worked.

I'm glad you survived Black Friday! No, I shopped on Thanksgiving online. Got two gift cards. That's all we had to buy.
