No regrets

Odd things are happening in our garden in that what we want like the seasonal flowers have all disappeared but this bilimbi tree is loaded with fruit. We hardly use them and we do not see any parrots this season - bilimbis are their favourite fruit. You can see them all strewn on the ground and for that I have no regrets. The tree is also loaded. Sometimes I want to ask nature what she is up to. I almost call her a sadist. Do you agree?
