Im down with coughs and colds

Since the cold season started a lot of people I know got sick with coughs and colds , just recently my niece got it before they went swimming with relatives. After some days my younger brother got sick too same cilds and coughs . They took some medicines prescribed by our doctor and they are recivering now.
Meanwhile mom has allergic rhinitis and is always having little coughs too she was prescribed by her doctor a medicine to relieve her sinusitis. I got sick too, it started yesterday the same coughs and colds . I took some medicines and I am in the process of recovering.
Mine is a dry cough because of the colds. Sneezes, runny nose, sore throat are the hardest to deal .We bought cough tablets, cough drops, and betadine gargle for the throat .To heal sore throat and its effective. I also rub on vicks vapor rub to feel better. I drank tea with honey too to help cure my sore throat .
Lotters, lets all be safe and healthy this cold season. Always have available first aid medicines to relieve pain and sickness.

Just a little on the tip of my nose , a little on the back of both ears and just a little on both temples

You are right. It has helped a lot of people get well with diseases , I always apply vicks before I sleep .It makes me sleep better .

If we get sick we drink a lot of chicken broth and orange juice. That will get rid of most colds fast
