The groceries came. The cake was cut and Luna had a gift.

I had my delicious breakfast, friends. The groceries came and I quickly put away those things that needed to be place in the freezer and proceeded to eat a piece of chocolate cake.
I thought that I would eat 2 pieces but it seems that now I have to eat less. My stomach has shrunk since I was at the hospital. One week of looking (and not eating) very bad food was the best way of losing around 20 pounds and now I am eating much less.
Luna had a gift from the shopper too. A beautiful container instead of the normal plastic bag came with the groceries. I said I hadn´t ordered that and checked it before the shopper went away. I am very careful not to pay for things I haven´t ordered.
But the container was a Christmas (or Black Friday?) promotion And now I can have some food for Luna at the terrace and some in the garage.
I have not finished putting away the groceries so I´ll do it now. See you later.

Yes. But now she is a great dog. I sometimes miss the puppy but I could not handle another dog.

@kobesbuddy I know you do. It took me years to talk about Misty without tears coming to my eyes. She was not my pet. She was my friend in my worst moments.

I don´t have a tendency to put on pounds. I put on weight after I quit smoking but it was because I ate tons of hard candy from morning to night for months.

She was incredibly beautiful. And now that she has grown up, she is a beautiful dog. Now she is not looking her best as I´m waiting for a man that takes her to be washed and trimmed. Luna is now shedding her winter fur.

@marguicha - They shred a lot of fur when the hot days come. I noticed my cat, I brushed him every day to get rid of the excess.

That's a cool gift. Yum chocolate cake. I have been thinking of getting a chocolate cake this year for Chris's birthday.

Today I ate another piece of cake for breakfast and will eat another piece later on with some ice cream on the side. Now THAT is what I call luxury

That gift was more for me. It will help me have Luna´s food near the terrace and it will be a nice and new container with a lid.
